Escape to the Arizona Renaissance Festival where pleasure and celebration are the only orders of the day as decreed by the King!
The Arizona Renaissance Festival is one of the largest of the Renaissance events in the nation because it is really five Festivals all rolled into a giant, costumed fantasy village with:
- Twelve Stages of Continuous Live Entertainment
- An Outdoor Circus
- A Medieval Arts & Crafts Fair
- A Jousting Tournament with Three Performances Each Day
- A Day-Long Feast

I JUST LOVE SEEING TWIG AND THE AZ RENN, THIS YEAR I PURCHASED BOTH OF HER BEAUTIFUL BOOKS AND WE TOOK FUN PICTURES TOGETHER……GO SEE TWIG WHENEVER YOU CAN….IT’S MAGICAL TO SEE HER.

I had an awful year. I was so sure I would not make it this year due to various problems but I worked all day Friday and Saturday to make the money to go. Even though I was very tired, I looked all over the fair for you. I finally found you as I was leaving. I may have choked up a little but you really, really made my day. Probably my whole year. I’m sorry I didn’t give you a stone this year (I’ve brought you a couple from my lapidary class) I had to move so most of my stuff (including the little pouch and the bag you signed) are in storage. I sure hope I make it next year, early in the season I hope. I am keeping the glass heart in my watch pocket just as a reminder that even a person who sees thousands of people per year can have a huge smile for me.
